Where do you deliver?

Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, UBC, Coquitlam.


How much is delivery?

Delivery is $5.95. We do charge a $7 rush fee is you want same day delivery. Our minimum order is $50 but we do offer free same day pickup from our East Vancouver warehouse 1330 East Pender, Vancouver, BC. We also charge a 5% user fee. The user fee covers the cost of credit card interchange, and helps to pay for our down town warehouse and wages for our employees.

 


How do I report a problem with my order?

We’re sorry to hear about problems with your order. We always try our best to get the products you request. If an item goes out of stock after you placed your order we will sub the product with something of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with the sub, please fill out the form below and we will get back to you asap with a solution. If you received a product close to it’s ‘use-by-date’ or with damage, please fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you asap.

How does this work?

We’ve been in the delivery business in Vancouver for many many years as an office supply company. During the pandemic as our customers work from home, we have repurposed our warehouse, our fleet of vehicles and our advanced delivery platform/mobile apps for home delivery.

We have always believed in sourcing the highest quality fresh produce for our clients and we will be doing the same for our home delivery customers.

For home delivery, we are using sub-contractors and their own vehicles for quick delivery. You are more than welcome to tip your driver at the door. After you place your order we will pick, pack and prepare your order for delivery or pickup. We will email you or text you with details of your delivery after your order is placed.


How do you guarantee your service?

We understand that we transport a fresh product, and sometimes things do go wrong. All our deliveries are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you find a problem,  just let us know, and it’s gone from your bill.


What payment options are available?

You can pay using any Credit Card or Visa Debit that is accepted widely in Canada.


Can I change or stop my order?

Yes! No problem we can add or remove products to your delivery up to three hours before delivery. If you wish to cancel your delivery please use the contact form on the contact page to let us know or email us at orders@feedus.ca you will still be charged for your order.


What is the ‘Feedus Fee’?

Delivery is expensive! Just for processing a credit card on our website, your credit card company takes 3% of the transaction for themselves! Wow, those credit card companies must have some nice offices! We also need to cover the cost of our downtown warehouse, our website, our fleet of vans and the courier insurance that goes with them.
